Poor service
I had poor customer service on the 05 March 2019. I entered the branch st 16:45 to apply for a loan in pinetown hill street . I was told it is too late as they close at 5pm and they do not work over time. I was very disappointed as I also work as a service consultant and you never turn back a client before closing time. If this is how africa bank operates then they will more clients.
