Poor service

Hi. I made an application with african bank. They told me it was approved & made me sign documents. In the process of them making a payout they now tell me it's not approved. I want to find out y did they do that & what kind of service is that. That's inconveniencing a client. I went to the branch since November they sending me from pillar to post and not giving me right answers. They have just waisted my time. That's just bad customer service.
