Poor service

I had taken a loan and credit card with African Bank. A few months later I was placed under debt review and reached an agreement with African Bank. I came to realize later that the debt review people were not paying African Bank and attempted to contact African bank several times over a few months. I was never assisted They have now handed my name over to an attorney who is making threats towards me of legal actions. I have tried contacting the attorney as well as African bank to pay them. They do not want to assist me to get their money back, and now want to take legal action and charge me for the legal action when I am trying to give them their money back.

It really is sad that their staff have no idea what they are doing.
