Poor service

My husband received a call from African Bank offering a personal loan or increase on our credit card. We opted for the latter, only to be notified 2 weeks after the application this has been declined. This morning we received a sms "Hello Wessel! Get a Personal Loan of up to R350 000 with interest from as low as 12% p.a. from African Bank. Simply visit www.africanbank.co.za or download our App! Ts&Cs apply. Auth. FSP Reg. NCRCP7638. ReplyNo2OptOut."

African Bank wants to offer us a huge loan but declines an increase of our credit card.....poor business service and communication.
