Poor service
Don't ever take out a loan with this bank. I took out a loan last month. I told them I get paid 27th and also showed them the bank statement. They are now deducting the installment on the 23rd, when I call they say they will not do anything about it and collection doesn't care about the mistake they made. Loan was taken out at Mall@Reds.
Stay away from this bank.

22 Aug 2024, 14:45After going to the branch and telling them the issue, they phoned a lady called Elizabeth Mashile in the collection department who was very rude. She said they can see that they made an error but they will not fix the issue and I'll just have to make a plan.
