Poor service

On Friday 12th of may 2023 my pension from glacier was paid into my account that is with African bank Friday evening I could not do any transaction on my account Saturday 13 may 2023 I contact at the helpline just to be told that my account was put on hold due to *****ulent actions on my account I was also told that the investigation officer will phone me soon on Monday 15th may 2023 I contacted the helpline three times just to get every time the same answer namely that they can't do nothing but they will forward the enquiry to the ***** department and that the investigation officer will contact me soon on Tuesday 16 May 2023 I went to African Bank branch at quagga centre there I was given the same answer I requested to withdraw some of my money because there was payments to be done a vehicle to be fill up with petrol and groceries to be bored that request was refused on Tuesday 23 may 2023 my pension from old mutual was paid to my bank account and still I couldn't do anything with my pension 9 working days after my first contact with the helpline no investigation officer contact me and I still have no case number and in the meantime my account are not paid and I'm the one who must explain every time why it was not pay their we are still no petrol in my vehicle and I'm the one who must explain why I cannot do things that I have to do I'm the one that must look my grandchildren in the eye and tell them that there is no food to eat because there's no money to buy food African customer service does not exist I will never ever advise family and friends to do business with African bank I have no problem that they investigate my account but all I ask is to use the money that is pay legit into my account this morning on the 2nd of June 2023 I contacted again the helpline of the headquarters and the answer is that I must contact the people that paid an amount of I think 1000 and 500 into my account in April that was not supposed to be paid in my account I do not even know the people and I do not even have contact details for the people and after I have done that I can hope they will open my account there is no service but no service from African bank
