Poor service

I have always had a good experience with african bank but now the service is poor.. How long is the turn around time for an application review since 31 July?? No follow up nothing until I have to phone and find out. Kindly address this as a matter of urgency,. I have send EVERYTHING requested and still looking for "other supporting docs"... How must I know what that it.. Sort it out or I'll take my business else where
