Poor Security and Poor Responsiveness

I was a victim of ***** at African Bank. Their verification system is non existent or very flawed. Their responsive is POOR. I lodged a query and they claimed to be investigating with a promise to give a report on finding latest by 1st week of November 2022. It is December and I still do not have an update despite numerous/ weekly calls and emails.
