Poor sales service
Been trying to apply for an overdraft, three agents contacted me and none of them can complete the application, call keeps cutting when they send a verification acceptance prompt and they don’t bother to get back to you. Very disappointing.

08 Nov 2022, 10:28Hi I already spoke to someone and told them what happened. Why am I repeating myself? Please man, stop wasting my time. Constantly having to repeat to your agents what I wanted and now to repeat what had happened. I already cancelled the application, this is too much of an hassle.
