Poor rewards program

The Cash Rebate with African bank is not a good option for people who have low fees. It does not even mention the value. Actually it's not Cash Rebate its "Bank fees rebate" which is not stated on the ussd option. I choose this option and immediately sent email to cancell it as I saw later that it just went through with No information to clients. No reversal was done, my account was credited with R16, despite the email asking for reversal. Today I got a call that they will remove the option as it seems it has issue. My question was, if they have to remove it, it means really they can see that the option was useless They refuse to opt me into another voucher. Very dissapointed with this bank that I have trusted
