POOR POOR SERVICE FROM COLLECTION DEPARTMENT

I will Raye this bank a nill star if I could. Worst service ever. It's been two months and I've been trying to close my loan account. Am give an different closing balance and settlement discount each time. No one phones back nothing. Gredrute from collections tried to help but her supervisors are just not coming to the party. You guys should be really ashamed of yourselves and the service you give us after ridiculous interest rate you charge us. I need this account be close asap and I was promised 30% discount now the story keep changing to 25%, 20%? Really what's service is this?
