Poor ITC Update Management

I was in default with African Bank from some time, I started to get my act together at the end of 2019 and I have never missed any payments but they are not updating my credit profile accordingly it still shows non payments for all these months I've been paying as if the money just disappear but it shows on their statements. I have launched enquiries with then, no response.
