Poor humiliated service African bank

I went to day to a African bank to try to make payment arrangement on my loan account due to unforseen circumstances the person who assisted me then phone head office and give me the phone to talk to do somebody a lady to do the arrangement she was very rude over the phone and talk to me as if I am a kid I felt very humiliated because it feels to me if I did a worse sin on earth just to try and made an arrangement for my payment on the end of the month due to her attitude and rudeness African bank don't care about their customers I am up to date currently with my payment
