poor feedback
I app**** for a loan at African Bank. Yesterday i got a call to send my clearance certificate for my debt review i was on in 2017. i did that and today i got a sms saying i was unsuccessful.I dont understand why all the calls i got and docs I send and then i get declined african bank you suck..... Today your loan is approved the next day its declined

18 May 2020, 12:15I refuse to pick up calls where i will be asked the same stuff each time. i literally send all my docs prob a million times.I would like a detailed email explaining if my applications is declined or approved.Application numbers ***

21 May 2020, 10:22*** i was asked to send my docs again to this email address i didnt get any feedback.This morning again i was asked to send same **** docs over phonr by agent.Please cancel my applications as this is clearly not going anywhere.What messed up service from african bank never again.
