POOR DEBT REVIEW AGREEMENTS/ BAD FAITH NEGOTIATION

I have a court order for debt review, instead AFRICAN BANK did not negotiate in good faith with me left the interest rate at 27% a loan was been paid but count make progress due to high interest rate. later they agreed to review the interest as per court order but now the account is 150% over the original loan. I feel this was deliberate to get me more indebted. I made calls and either the phone rings 4 hours no answer and when they do answer they are clueless on what to do
