Poor debt collection service

I had outstanding credit card debt, I made arrangements to pay telephonic, African bank still send tracers to my work now they have double debited my account, Tracers debited R500 and African bank also debited R500 but I'm told they only received R250 from the tracers on my bank statement it shows R500 I'm intending to seek legal advice on this, this is ********** why send the account to tracers when we had arrangement in place, Acknowledgement of debt can still be obtained telephonically
