Poor Customer Service - Settlement Quotation

Honestly speaking African Bank is the worst financial services, provider. I have been trying to request a quotation for the settlement of my two accounts for the past two days. but for some strange reason, I've been from pillar to post. despite that, I spend more than an hour holding the telephone line.

sometimes, I even wonder if they don't want me to settle my accounts. If this is what they regard as excellent or good customer service, then I would not advise someone to take up a loan with them, or even subscribe to their services.
