Poor customer service

Hi

African bank phoned me regarding my investment plan. They have notified me that they closed my account due to non funding but I deposited money in that account. I have send them proof of payment but they did not come back to me since then. They have requested my id copy so that they can open the new account, I have send the copy but they did not come back to me since then. The problem is when I call them I can't get hold of them. I don't know what is delaying them to respond.
