Poor customer service

Just called African bank collection, I was assisted by TSHIDI MASHAU, asked her to refere me to her supervisor and she rufused to refere me and imagine I called using my phone and airtime, had to beg her for the whole 15 minutes as she insisted on assisting me while I asked for her supervisor... Then finally she called her supervisor., I've been with African bank for 4 years now and now I'm tired of that bank... It does not value their clients
