Poor Customer Service Experience

So opened a My World account at African Bank, and switched all my debit orders and salary. Now I wanted to also have the African Bank Funeral Cover as I had one with the previous bank. I tried opening the cover since the beginning of November, the system will not allow me to proceed, I called them non of them assist nor call back, I have sent email over an over again no assistances. Now I wonder how stressful it must be when you claim? or did I make the right decision to move to this bank ;-(
