Poor Customer Service

I called African bank to request a paid up letter, however according to them I have answered the questions incorrectly.. all the times African bank calls me to tell me I need to make payment all my information is correct, now I've made the payment and want to be done with you and my security answers are incorrect.

I'm requesting my paid up letter because I want to be done with African Bank and the poor service they offer.
