poor customer service

For over a week now, I have been trying to get assistance in closing 2 accounts with african bank and everytime I call the consultants keep giving me different excuses. It is unfortunate that it has come to this but I just need assistance to get these accounts closed so I can move on with my life and end what has been a very horrible relationship with african bank.
