Poor customer service

I transferred money from credit card to my world account but the account has been blocked Can't access or make any transactions. I phoned the bank on Wednesday morning they promised to speed up the process mind I was at the garage paying for petrol and it was declined the garage is keeping my laptop as it is Phoned again today spoke to Nombulelo she told me the same story promised to escalate the matter my laptop is still at the garage .I'm very disappointed at this bank because the consultant did not explain everything to me the day she transferred the money from credit card as I did not have an app on that particular day . I can't do my work now since I don't have my laptop with me
