Poor customer service and service delivery

Poor service and feedback. App**** for credit and documents was requested, all documents were submitted within 15minutes, after 10minutes they requested the same documents again. This was submitted again, and then after few hours I was phoned requesting documents again, which was done AGAIN and got received notification, today after 12 hours of receiving notification they requested again the same documents and was then AGAIN submitted, now after 4 hours guess what the same documents is requested.
