POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE CALL CENTER AGENT

I'm very disappointed about the service I got from Africa Bank I have been a customer for many years paying my loans every month but yesterday I received a very disturbing call from a rude call center agent asking me when I'm paying back my credit card and loan I have been paying for more than 5 months every month months without missing a single month the only month they didn't debit my account it was the first month that I took a loan I did phone them when I saw in my statement that I'm in areas as I know I'm always pay every month they told me I'm not I don't know why African back can try to debit by account on the 16 when I signed that I'm gonna be paying on the 25 of every month the lady was very rude to me I really disappointed
