Poor customer service and poor management style
I wonder if African Bank still take me serious, I made a loan on the 01 of this month but up untill now is not approved, paid or declined, there are reasons why I needed the money, you kept me sending me pillar to post looking for this and that document, on Monday evening, Monday the 06/08/23 I send all documents you requested and you since went mute, no communication, nothing. But you promise people that they will be paid or responded within 48hours, so my question is from Monday evening until now hasn't that 48hours lapsed.
I wouldn't advice people to go near this bank.
