Poor customer service

Why is it that the only way to get assistance proper assistance from African bank is when you use Hello peter? I had a problem with ***** on my account, it was sorted out by African Bank the money was reversed . However my account , my whole account has been on hold ever since then, I went to the branch a week ago and i was told that my account was on hold because their forensic department put it on hold and they done a email requested for the account to be opened. i was told it will take 72 hours...... guess what its still on hold. When I phone I get told go to the branch when the branch themselves can help?

So what now ?

This is very bad service I want to close my account with African bank cause I really cant take this anymore
