Poor customer service

I had an account with them and on the 02/03 I went to a Branch requesting a settlement quote.They gave me and I settled the account on the 07/03 after a day or two I was charged interest for what I dnt know .I called them they also do not know . Upon settling the account that was a refund due to me .I am now struggling to get a refund because no one what to take accountability.

Even if I become broke or need financial assistance in future I would not consider going back to them. The service I got was so poor
