Poor client service and maintenance

<p>According to a bank i have a loan that i took from African Bank in 2009 which is outstanding and i have been listed for it. I am really disappointed and upset that African Bank hasn’t contacted me about this. im currently trying to find a job and nothing is being successful. I strongly believe that it’s the listing by African bank that’s closing all doors for me. If i hadn’t been to the bank i would still be in the dark.</p> <p>I am quite sure that i finished paying this account.</p> <p>Companies are quick to list people when they owe them but once they have cleared the debt they dont bother updating the records with the credit bureau.</p>
