Poor application, I never enjoyed using mobile app

I wouldn't be surprised if I hear that the bank is hacked, their applications are poor I always struggle to logging if I call the consultant she always tell me to uninstall and install the app, my question is........ What if I need cash asap or to make important payment,,,,, where will I get that time to call and be advised to uninstall and install? One of the worse part is finger print logging can only last for a night in the morning it's deactivated for unknown security reasons
