Poor and slow (no) service

I would give them no stars at all! We've been trying to get assistance with statements for a late estate account and we have been waiting for 2 months for them to be emailed. This is ridiculous and heartbreaking, the Kempton Park Branch keeps asking for the same documents every time we ask for feedback on the request! Trying to grieve while getting pushed around is the worst!
