Poor African bank app

African bank app is always not working. My mother's app can't perform transactions. We went to the bank and the consultant told us to download the app ourselves al.She could not download it. When you go and ask them to download the app they told my mother that she must ask her children to download it. When we finally do the app doesn't work. Please help this is irritating very irritating
