Pocket User Account Pending Review for 2 weeks with no feedback

I opened a pocket user for my sibling & opted to add him to manage the pocket more thatln 2 weeks ago, to this day there is no feedback, even after they told me SLA is 72 hours which is long due. I have called numerous times it seems no one knows what to do in this institution cause you get predicted so many times wasting my time & money. Better to go with a different bank, service is too poor here its not worth it.
