Can anyone at African bank please update my profile? My account was settled using the black friday offer, however, I am still being hounded and threatened for outstanding fees. I have made contact on numerous occasions trying to get the balance credited off, and proof of payment was sent to numerous email addresses.

PLEASE UPDATE MY ACCOUNT

I received a call asking me to visit a branch to fica my account before anything can be done. I am not going to inconvenience myself, because you didn't write of the amount.

I received an email address where I emailed my query, no response received. I just received another email informing me that I am in arrears and that I have to pay.

I am begging now, can someone, anyone, update your records.

Ridiculous! I decided to call the number provided even though I prefer email communication. Subscriber not available. Complaint with the NCR, credit and banking ombud to follow
