Please stop HARASSING me everyday

I was previously retrenched, my account got in arrears, I did find another job and made arrangements with all my creditors including African bank, I paid a amount then African bank called me asking me if I could pay a little bit more so I agreed to that. Every month they receive their payment but I get calls from African bank everyday about the arrears, I don't have the money to pay off all the arrears, all my other creditors are satisfied with the arranged payment I make on ALL my accounts.<br> This morning I got another call from African bank and I explained to them we are paying the account every month, then the lady sorry did not get her name told me if I don't co operate I WILL get a call from them everyday, what must I co operate to? what else do they want from me. I have never missed a payment since I started working again. PLEASE COULD SOMEBODY EXPLAIN TO ME, the cell phone given is my wife's cell number, I am not always available on my cell, a agent can explain to her to what it is that you request from me.
