Please reverse my extra charges
<p>I app**** for a loan at FNB to consolidate my african bank debt . They paid my outstanding balance but african bank never closed my accounts and once again I attracted charges. Please write off debt as it is your fault and i shouldnt be paying interest fees , admin fees and insurance on something i do not have . ID number ********** 059083</p>
