Please assist Urgently

I have a credit card with African Bank . Where African Bank deducts R 1300 from my account when I get paid and I later get to use R 650 from R 1300 but this month I decided to use the funds later than I usually do I was then told that the funds are not available since I used them after the 27 they have been used up for charges . <br> My complaint is that I was not made aware that if I decide to the money later than the 27 of every month they will get used for the charges . <br> <br> Please Help Urgently
