Please assist

So I had a very unsavory experience with African Bank. Don't get me wrong, they are a good company and am a longstanding client of theirs. I called in to query regarding a payment break and possible credit life claim, which I was just bluntly told NO This is the case; My wife and I are married in community of property. each time I take a loan, I advise them of this, as it is requested that the spouse knows of the credit agreement. So my wife has not received her full salary for the past 2 months, due to lockdown, and this is affecting us financially. I requested if I can claim from my credit life policy, I was told NO, I told them we are married COP and our cashflow is problematic, still the answer NO There is no remorse, no feelings, just cold. I can also not get a payment holiday, as one was granted already. I am in financial difficulty, I will not be able to make payments. we need to put food on the table and feed our children. Would African Bank reconsider my request. I am a loyal payer, and never default on payments. I pay over R7 000 to you every month. Thanks in advance
