Please approve my application
Hi, I made a loan application on 30th January. It still has not been approved. I have been calling in since yesterday to find out how far my application is. And I am told it's still under review. One consultant out of the many I spoke to at least told me they have been trying to call my company for confirmation of employment to no avail. This helped a lot because I was able to then contact my HR to ask them to avail themselves.
After doing all of that to try speed up the process I am still stuck. No feedback yet again. I followed up to find out if they have contacted my HR and they just told me that they have escalated the query.
Please can you confirm my employment and approve my application.

My HR Department has sent back the confirmation letter that was sent to them. Initially they sent it back without a letterhead, you responded to say please attach letterhead, they attached it and sent it back. Since then I have been following up several times and still every consultant I speak to says the confirmation letter is still outstanding.
The confirmation letter was said to be returned to Lillian Mojela. May she please update my details and approve my loan application. This is the longest,most tedious process I have ever experienced in my life . Wasted a lot of money calling in to try get this sorted. And still I am no where near a way forward.
