please allocate my payments

good day<br> after struggling to get correct information on why im being charged so much interest i finally decided to close of my loan and credit card with African bank. i called today as the payments were made on Sunday and was told that the payments are not reflecting because i didn't load African bank as a beneficiary. now im sitting here with 2 problems 1 the payments were made via eft as i followed your instructions on the settlement quotes 2 i am now being told i must fax through the proof of payments there is not email address . who in this day and age only relies on faxes ? i have no means of a fax . your money is paid please give me an email address so i can forward the proof of payments to.
