Pleas help I am at my wits end

I have had avarious loans through Africa bank as far back as the 1990's. I never missed an instalment and all loans were paid in full. In 2010 I took a R 10k loan which was paid up in just over a month. However just after that I went back to African Bank for another loan and they offered me the \ credit card"which I paid regularly every month. When applying for the loan I was asked if I wznted retrenchment insurance and which I happily agreed to. In December of 2012 I was retrenched and went to see the Pinetown branch of African Bank - they told me what was required to claim from the retrenchment insurance and all the correct forms were completed and handed in at the branch. I have been battling to finf employment as I am 60 and also single. I onstantly get harassed via sms"
