****ed off /bad customer service as usual

i called your call center a month ago and was advised my debt was written off and i asked one of your agents to please send a request to have it removed from my name as this prescribed accounts was done last year May 2018 and its a month later and its still on all the major credit bureau as to my knowledge it needs to be removed once the debt as been prescribed . i called again and still no assistance
