Personal loan application

I app**** for a Personal loan on the 1st of November 2022, and accepted the debit order mandate on the 4th my application was on review since then but I was promised it takes up to 72 hours for everything to be done whether I am accepted or not. last week I have been calling and 2 different people said they escalated the matter, I even called and asked them to rather cancel it and the agent Busisiwe told me that they can't rather what I should do is return the money to them once I receive it (very unprofessional- a get out of my face response) Now, I am a bit concerned because I feel like this whole process taking it long to approve or decline my offer is taking too long and will affect my score.

I am highly disappointed with African bank the service is poor and the call center agents are shallow and rude.
