Permission to remove my name at Credit Bureau

<p>I took my time to call Afican bank for the 3rd times to be assisted. i then spoke to Leroy on the 17-08-2016 who couldnt explain things to me and as a result he was being ****y and I was obviously agitated. Three weeks prior to that I had requested for my credit report through kudough and it came back that i was listed by African bank. I had paid that account on the 2nd of June 2016.</p> <p>Leroy Then told me I need to give African Bank permission to remove my name. i then ask i asked nobody to list, i understand it was due to me not paying. If you listed me because i was not paying and nothing happens when i pay, thats unfair. he started being ****y and condescending. I then spoke to Princess or Thembi, i think who clearly explained that the permission is not for them to remove my name but for them to go into my profile first to see the listing before removing it.</p> <p>Why was LEROY so condescending wherelse his explaination was WAY OFF the mark. Is this how African BAnk Treat their customers?</p>
