Permanently Offline

We app**** for a loan at the Vaalgate Branch of African Bank in Vanderbijlpark on 06/03/2020. First there was some issues regarding documentation which we resolved and took in personally the next day, then we were again sent back for changes to the documentation. Then when returning, we were told the system is offline which was Thursday 12/03/2020. When you call the branch to follow up on the loan application, there phones are engaged? For 2 weeks we have had no courtesy of even 1 call to say yes Sir your loan has been granted or sorry neh.....
