Pending rewards balance

Good day<br> <br> I have phoned African Bank Rewards Department to enquire about my pending balance. would like to know why. I got told a call will be logged and that they do not work on week ends. This balance of mine has been pending for the last 4 to five months. now she says I can use the money, but my point is how can you use something that is pending and not available. Please sort this out. it is not fair dishing out rewards and keeping it pending, and then say the rewards system is to encourage people to pay their accounts.<br> <br> Regards
