Hi, my application has been pending since Friday morning. May you proceed to approve or decline so I can go into the branch so they can assist me there. My phone is in for repairs therefore I'm not avail telephonically, so I decided to go to the branch, but they cant assist me because my application is still pending on your side. 04 Jul 2022, 10:16I'm from the branch now, literally I was there 15min ago. Must I go back? Like I said, my phone is in for repairs, I wont be able to call. Could your team just process my application that I put through for a credit card on Friday please.
