Payments not reflecting on ITC records
I logged a complain with African Bank last month for not updating ITC records. Zelda Moloana ( Service Specialist) called and assured me that they will and I should check by mid-April. I pulled out the report today but it still shows i am not paying.I am very ****ed off with African Bank <br> <br> Can you please update and send proof which shows that this has been done and stop these empty promises<br> <br> <br>
