Payment break ripoff

Went to african bank in waterfall mall rustenburg to fill in my application for a payment break thats 4k+ to be deducted for October instead of end September . i get approval from them and the statement says that my loan payback amount would be 60k more than what i currently own and my installment would increase to 5k+ . Once quaried this break and stated that i will not be moving forward with this payment break, because its unreasonable the consultant grabbed the paper out my hands and ripped in in front of me before i could get a picture of this to prove that this business takes advantage of people . 60k that i didn't even use is added to my loan just for one month payment break that they have offered me . This ********* business practices
