Payment arrangement letter refused
<p>I called today at 4:15pm 10/08/2016 and made a payment arrangement with the consultant and I asked her for a payment arrangement letter and she outright refused ? I have a possible job offer on The 17th August 2016 which means I can repay my debt. Can I find out if this is against African bank rules or or against consumer protection act ? I'm confused ? Is this ethical I will report this matter to the ombudsman </p>
